I am writing this letter regarding one of your outstanding employees and the exceptional customer service he provided me this past week.
It is unfortunate that in today's society, good service is hard to find. When it is delivered, I believe it must be recognized.

Thank –you Ottawa Flowers for making my Wedding Day so beautiful.
With all the little things that we stressed out about is a nice relief not to have any stresses what so ever with my bouquets or reception flowers. They were so beautiful I just can not thank-you enough

When I received my flowers Friday, It was a very pleasant surprise not only was it a unique arrangement it suited my décor perfectly (which states to me that they listened to my husband specifications) But the real surprise came when the arrangement lasted much longer than even I expected. Bravo Ottawa Flowers I will defiantly recommend you guys to all my friends.
